Stephen James Consulting continue to partner with one of their key not-for-profit elderly care providers, in the search for an Interim Divisional Support Manager, covering a portfolio of 5/6 care homes. This newly created role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs
  • Supporting Registered Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home.
  • Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager.
  • To provide strong leadership skills to enhance clients' quality of life by identifying and reducing risks by conducting care audits and taking corrective action.

This is an excellent opportunity for Interim Managers / RGN Support Managers looking for their next contract. The role is offering £64,000 + Car Allowance + Travel; salary is dependent on candidates' experience.
