Estates Technician/ Caretaker

2 x Staff required to carry out various estates tasks across the north west. This includes Grounds Maintenance , Clearance of waste internal and external from with in Sanctuary Properties. Would suit someone with prevouise clearance and cleaning off void properties and or Grounds Maintenance Experience. May involve heavy lifting so must be physically fit. Must have a full uk manual driving license
