Export Administrator – Permanent – Maldon Maldon – 8:30AM – 5PM – Monday to Friday – 20 days + Bank Holidays If you are successful in your application for the role of Export Administrator, you will be joining a Global business who offer internal progression and development within teams whose members can boast exceptional longevity of service, meaning that you will be learning from the experts! As an Export Administrator you will be tasked with handling the container loadings of weekly sailings regarding your assigned destinations. You will work as part of an LCL operations team, often liaising with the bookings, sales and warehouse teams also. In this role, you will also assist customers regarding any queries / updates they may require help with. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to: Vessel bookings Submitting hazardous to carriersand handling any queries Creating load lists and sending over to the correct load depot Assisting with cargo queries from warehouse / customers Building vessel schedules within the system Completing customs entries Dealing with customs queriesR45 About Us We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
