Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a well-known recycling firm in their search for Refuse Collectors to work from their Mold based facility.

For the successful Refuse Collectors our client is offering:

  • £12.85 per hour ( OT available at x 1.5)
  • Monday – Saturday days (Will work 4 days a week, will need to be flexible)
  • Overtime paid after 37hours
  • Temporary on-going position
  • Inductions taking place on 15th May 2025

The role – Refuse Collector:

  • Attaching domestic waste bins onto lorries for them to be emptied
  • Separating out recycling into the correct bins
  • Manual handling of waste bins back to the side of the road
  • Periods of walking
  • Some interaction with the general public

What our client is looking for in a Refuse Collector:

  • Recycling Operatives who are looking for manual work.
  • Alibility to work weekends – ESSENTIAL
  • Driving licence preferred due to site location
  • Ability to work safely
