Pertemps, in partnership with the Royal Mail, the UK's designated Universal Postal Service Provider, is recruiting HGV/LGV C+E Class 1 Drivers. If you're seeking work, our onsite teams across the country are ready to employ drivers immediately.
As an HGV Driver, after passing a successful assessment, you will trunk parcels and mail between depots across the Royal Mail Network. The role involves minimal manual work, with shifts scheduled a week in advance. We offer competitive pay rates, various start times, and days to suit your availability. We are particularly interested in drivers available to work weekends or in the afternoons and evenings.
Entry Requirements
- Held your license for at least 2 years with no more than 5 penalty points OR held your license for at least 12 months with fewer than 5 penalty points.
- Minimum of 180 days driving experience within the last 2 years.
- Note: We cannot accept applicants with DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements. Additionally, due to our client's business nature, you will need to clear a CRB security check after registration.
