Zachary Daniels Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading luxury fashion brand, now seeking a Supervisor to join their Richmond boutique. The brand has a loyal customer base, whilst working with well-known and niche designers. The focus is on style over fashion, creating a hard-working forever wardrobe for their target market.

With a wealth of experience in the industry, coupled with a huge amount of passion and drive – the brand founder is looking to grow the brand in the coming years. You would be joining a small fun, friendly team.

Our Supervisor will:

Love selling! Love spending time genuinely helping and styling customers and then converting to sales.
Be a real people person – with an ability to build strong relationships and build your own client base
Energetic, with a positive outlook
Ability to work in a busy store environment across lots of different areasSupervisor duties:

Keyholder in absence of Store Manager
Building close relationships with customers and building your own client base
Maintaining the high shop floor standards
Managing sales associates, motivating them to deliver sales and delegating tasks where necessary
Processing deliveries
Helping with store visuals
