Opportunity Overview:
Academics is currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of primary schools in the Gravesend area. This is a fantastic opportunity for education professionals who are passionate about supporting pupils and making a real difference in the classroom.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons across Key Stages.

Provide focused support to individuals and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.

Monitor student progress and communicate key information to class teachers.

Promote positive behaviour and help create a supportive classroom environment.

Work collaboratively to support students with additional or special educational needs.

Engage in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives where required.

What We\’re Looking For:

HLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar role is essential.

A strong background in primary education and classroom support.

Confident in delivering lessons and interventions independently when required. xiskglj

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
