Our client is a respected and fast-growing contractor that specialises in delivering bespoke care homes and retirement villages across the UK. With a strong pipeline of projects and a dedication to creating environments that enhance the lives of residents, they are now seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new £8m Care Home in Durham.
The Role: As Senior Site Manager, you will be the No.1 on-site, responsible for the full life cycle of the project from groundworks through to handover. You will lead a site team and subcontractors, manage the programme, maintain health & safety standards, and ensure quality and deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on residential or care home projects of similar value
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of construction processes and the ability to solve problems on site
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
