Moxie People are leading the search for a compassionate Support Services Coordinator who wants to make a lasting impact. This is your opportunity to manage a team providing life-changing, trauma-informed support for adults and children in refuges and out in the community. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO MARCH 2026 (approx. 9 months) to cover a secondment. The important bits: 💼 Job Title: Support Service Coordinator 📍 Location: Ebbw Vale – Blaenau Gwent area 💰 Salary: £29,000 per year ⏳ Contract: Fixed term until March 2026 📆 Hours: 35 per week (some evening/weekend work required) – 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday Your Role as a Refuge Service Coordinator: ✔️ Lead & inspire a team delivering frontline support in Blaenau Gwent. ✔️ Ensure adults and children in refuge receive life-changing support – while also supporting the Community Support Team. ✔️ Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and case management. ✔️ Work closely with external agencies to enhance service delivery. ✔️ Manage compliance, funding reports, and quality standards.
