Our client, a well-regarded and rapidly growing venture capital firm, is seeking an ambitious graduate to support as a Junior EA in the CEO's office. Based in gorgeous offices in the City, the successful individual will be joining a small, social and high-achieving team who all work incredibly hard.
Ideally you will have a years' worth of professional services experience post University. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who really wants to learn, get stuck in and kick start their career into becoming a fabulous EA. You will be inquisitive with an exceptional eye for detail, have a can-do attitude, be a creative problem solver, as well as happy working in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people.
Duties include:
- Administrative support to the Managing Partner and COO
- Meeting and appointment booking
- Travel management
- Event coordination
- Scheduling support
- Expense and credit card management
- Light office management support
- Covering when EAs are absent
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree minimum 2:1
- One years corporate experience
- An interest in Technology and Start ups
- Excellent Verbal and Written skills
- Tech savvy
