Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor for a project based in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing general site duties, including all aspects of groundworks. This position demands a strong understanding of site operations, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and safely. The candidate will be required to manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety standards. You will work closely with site management to report on progress and any issues that arise. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage a team effectively to meet project timelines.
