Through amazing & continued brand growth, we’ve been opening up more and more of our beautiful little Mamas & Papas concession stores. We’re therefore looking to recruit a Concession Deputy Store Manager for one of our Mamas & Papas concession stores in Cheltenham within Next on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As a Deputy Manager for this Mamas & Papas concession store, you will work as a team with the Concession Manager in the day to day running of the store, store experience and achieving store KPIs. Additionally, managing a team of amazing Mamas & Papas Supervisors and Sales Assistants within the store. You will look to support in motivating, inspiring and developing this incredible team, always willing to lead by example.
