IMH Recruitment are seeking a Customs Shift Leader for our client in Worksop.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Train and supervise team members
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor and maintain quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
