Müller Yogurt & Desserts is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer responsible for major brands like Müllerlight, Müller Corner and Müller Rice. It produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International and supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.
We are looking for highly skilled Engineers (known internally as Shift Technician) to join our Telford Dairy - Yogurts & Dessert. The successful candidate will be responsible for reactive maintenance as well as conducting planned maintenance activities where required.
The ideal candidate will have a time served apprenticeship / HNC qualification and have experience within a manufacturing environment (ideally food or beverages).
Location: Telford
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern: 7-7 (days & nights)
Salary: £55,620 per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5x. Plus £5,000 signing on bonus (Payable after passing probation).

What are we looking for from an Engineering Technician?
- Experience of working in a multi-skilled department maintaining fast moving, complex manufacturing or logistics environment
- Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within Manufacturing, Production and Process environments
- Apprentice trained with proven experience of working on fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves and PLCs
- Possess good knowledge in the areas of filling and process technology
- Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills
