Job Description

Role: Digital Hardware Engineering Lead

Location: Cowes – hybrid – 4 days per week

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus

What you’ll do:

Drive the development of advanced digital hardware from concept to delivery
Lead interface integration across high-speed data, control, and calibration systems
Translate complex signal processing into real-world performance
Architect both bespoke and off-the-shelf digital solutions
Influence system timing strategies for real-time precision
Support integration, testing, and assurance of next-gen radar products

What you bring:

Expertise in high-speed digital design
Proficiency in data analysis tools (MATLAB/Excel)
Degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field
Bonus: Radar system knowledge, integration experience, and multi-disciplinary know-how
