The Integrated Campaign Specialist (ICS) will support the Growth and Customer Experience teams in developing and executing best-in-class multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns. As a member of the Global Digital and Operations Center of Excellence (COE), this individual will provide tactical support for developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, content syndication, webinar/event execution, and chat workflows.
The ICS must also provide strategic, consultative guidance to marketing partners on best practices, optimisation as well as the tools and technology available to help support and achieve campaign and business objectives. The Integrated Campaign Specialist must be a detail-oriented multi-tasker, able to take on and prioritise several projects, strong communicator, team player and be able to learn and adapt to new technology and processes.
Success of this role will be measured based on:
- Growth KPIs for the businesses, such as pipeline and revenue realisation
- Internal customer service KPIs, such as SLAs and stakeholder feedback
- Ability to successfully support world-class marketing programme execution at scale

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
- College degree or related experience in Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Eloqua / Marketing Automation experience preferred
- Certification will be required after starting
- Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
- Regularly demonstrates critical thinking skills and applies logic to complex campaign workflows and segmentation
- High level of attention to detail
- Acts and leads with integrity, honesty and empathy, and holds team to the same standard
