A new role seeking a Risk & Compliance Officer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping and embedding a culture of governance excellence, risk awareness, and regulatory adherence across the business.

You will:

✅ Working closely with the Chief Risk Officer, you’ll be responsible for:

✅ Designing and enhancing Group-wide risk management and compliance frameworks.

✅ Mitigating risk in client onboarding and contracting processes.

✅ Developing policies on GDPR, whistleblowing, anti-bribery, sanctions, and internal audits.

✅ Acting as a key liaison with auditors, regulators, and external advisers.

✅ Partnering across teams to embed risk and compliance into operations and service innovation.

You’ll Bring:

✔ Strong understanding of UK compliance and regulatory environments.

✔ 3+ years’ experience in a risk and/or compliance role.

✔ In-depth knowledge of GDPR and practical data protection measures.

✔ Proven experience reviewing contracts and identifying risk exposure.

✔ Commercial mindset with a proactive, self-directed approach.

✔ (Desirable) Experience in the pensions space

✔ (Desirable) ICA or IRM or CIPP qualifications
