Job Title: Catering Supervisor Location: TS16 area Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-3pm Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Pay Rate: £14.75 per hour DBS Required We\’re looking for a dedicated Catering Supervisor to lead our on-site catering operation. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong supervisory skills and a passion for delivering high standards in food service and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operation of the canteen, ensuring smooth and efficient service Supervise and support catering staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and customer service Manage food and non-food stock ordering, storage, and control Ensure strict hygiene standards in compliance with environmental health regulations and company policies Deliver food and beverage services in line with customer contracts and expectations Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with the Account Manager Contribute to a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvementWhat We\’re Looking For: Proven supervisory experience in a catering or hospitality environment Strong practical cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety Management Systems Ideally, qualifications including: Food Safety Level 3 (or working towards) HACCP Level 3 (or working towards) IOSH Supervising Safety (desirable) First Aid Certificate (desirable)Please send CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) to apply
