We work with a number of Prime and Super Prime London Managing Agents who oversee some of the most exclusive residences in the UK. Ranging from flagship, ultra-high tech new builds to more traditional, listed historic properties, our clients focus on the key W and SW Postcodes exclusively.
We have immediate and ongoing needs for experienced Property Managers as follows:
- 5+ years block management experience (inclusive of time spent as an Assistant), undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to major works
- Exposure to wide ranging block types and tenures
- Committed to providing the utmost level of service and accountability, leaving no stone unturned in terms of attention to detail
- Enjoy hybrid working, but not afraid to be in the office or on site as required
- Coming from a stable career background with a track record of servicing and retaining long held sites
- Exposure to the prime London market would be beneficial but isnβt essential, exceptional all-round leasehold management knowledge is key.
As well as exposure to some of the most prominent (and valuable) sites in London, Property Managers working for our Prime London Agent clients will enjoy working amongst highly qualified (often Chartered Surveyor) colleagues, dealing with HNWI / well known public figures and progressing on a structured career path to associate director status.
