What you will bring:

Your responsibilities:
- To ensure that all of our guests' needs and requests are met
- As London experts, confidently recommend the most suitable attractions, tours, shows and restaurants and have the know how to guarantee reservations
- Be the liaison for guests and their internal/external bookings ensuring clear verbal and written communication with everyone involved
- To supervise the Luggage Porter and Door Team
