Location: Leeds, Leeds International Study Centre

Salary: Up to £33.57 per hour

Leeds International Study Centre, in collaboration with the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, offers various programmes. Our goal is to deliver high-quality education and an outstanding student experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with staff to manage programmes and student lifecycle effectively.
• Design, deliver, and develop modules offered by the centre.
• Assess student work, prepare examinations, and provide feedback.
• Maintain and update the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
• Coordinate with support teams for induction, orientation, and registration.
• Support student progression and engagement through various activities.
• Engage in scholarly activities to keep modules current.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and contribute to programme reviews.
• Use centre systems to monitor student attendance and engagement.
• Complete reports and participate in staff development activities.
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing for all.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Masters’ qualification preferred; PhD candidates are especially welcome.
• Experience teaching in UK higher or further education, ideally with international students; teaching qualification is a plus.
