Part-time Administrator

This is a key role in a small business, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes real ownership of their work, and prefers a steady, no-fuss role without the pressure of chasing promotions or climbing the career ladder. This role would suit someone looking for long-term part-time hours, perhaps a parent returning to work or someone seeking a better work-life balance. The Package: 12-16 hours per week: Fridays 9am-5pm plus two flexible 4-hour days A great opportunity for someone wanting flexible hours and stability Free onsite parking Small, supportive office environment The Role: Answering phone and email queries from contractors and tenants Logging and coordinating reactive maintenance tasks Taking full ownership of health & safety records-keeping everything compliant and flagging when action is needed (fire alarms, extinguishers, etc.) Managing utility records-monitoring usage, flagging discrepancies, and keeping everything organised Liaising with suppliers and contractors Supporting the office with general administrative tasks The Ideal Candidate: Comfortable in a varied role where every day might look a little different A self-starter who\’s happy working independently and taking responsibility Great communication skills, especially over email and phone Organised and thorough, with a keen eye for detail This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a role they can take ownership of.
