Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Location: Luton

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 basic DOE, plus uncapped commission OTE £50,000 pa +
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM,

Roles & Responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor:

Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to clients, tailored to their individual needs.

*

Manage the mortgage application process, from initial consultation monitoring through to completion.

*

Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.

*

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and market trends.

*

Work collaboratively with our estate agents to convert leads into successful applications.

Requirements for a Mortgage Advisor:

*

CeMAP or CII certificate in Mortgage advice qualified.

*

Sales experience in any discipline would be useful

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
