Event Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an Event Operations Supervisor to oversee one of our client\’s flagship venues. This role will involve managing all operational aspects of events, with a key focus on data-driven decision-making, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to operational processes and high-quality standards. As an Event Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating every stage of the event process. This is from initial planning and preparation to event execution and post-event analysis. A hands-on approach is essential as you\’ll need to be present on-site during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. What You\’ll Do: Lead day-to-day site operations across event set-up, live delivery, and breakdown Manage and motivate on-site teams to deliver high standards Oversee stock, equipment, and logistics at event sites Solve problems under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures Collaborate closely with internal planning, staffing, and logistics teams What We\’re Looking For: Experience in event operations, logistics, or a similar hands-on supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organised and detail-focused Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset Confident using basic admin tools like spreadsheets and scheduling systems We Are Aspire Ltd are a Commited employer
