Technical Operations Manager Job Summary: The position is working for a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. Responsible for the planning, delivery and close out of key, reactive and operationally impacting Client tactical requests, ensuring compliance and reducing operation risk Working in partnership with the Service Manager team, provide governance and strategic oversight, ensuring a coordinated control of Risk and Compliance. Management of key Vendor relationships, including Fire, Security and Fridge. Responsibilities: Provide operational capacity to react to unforeseen tactical operational issues, reducing risk and ensuring compliance (e.g. small / tactical operational projects such as ‘mirrors’, ‘toilets’, etc) Be the primary strategic and operational support point for the Business Unit Leader.
