Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a Fashion, Lifestyle & Well-being brand within travel retail. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in inspiring a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences & commercial reward.

The roles and responsibilities of this Assistant Manager – Lifestyle retail role include:

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of this airport store and overall business success.
  • Deliver Commercial KPI’s including ATV, UPT, Sales & Stock control.
  • Step in for the Store Manager when needed and take charge of daily operations.
  • Drive store performance through excellent service, smooth operations, and strong teamwork.
  • Support the Store Manager in building a culture of trust and open feedback.
  • Help recruit, hire, and retain a talented, diverse store team.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications required for this role:

  • 1 year + proven experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager or Supervisor/Keyholder in a similar role in retail or hospitality.
  • Ideally working in a customer-focused retail environment.
  • Happy to work shift pattern from 4am - 10pm (due to airport opening hours).
  • Strong people management skills: communication, motivation, coaching, and training.
  • Used to working towards commercial KPI’s.
  • Performance & process driven and able to inspire your team to excel.
