Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with a well-established client who pride themselves on establishing excellent, long-term relationships with both their clients and their staff. They now seek a Part time Private Client Solicitor to join their busy friendly office working 2-3 days in the office. You will need to be SRA Qualified with 6+years PQE and expertise in Wills, Trust and Probate. Main responsibilities You will be responsible for your own Private Client caseload, dealing with Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and tax advice, from beginning to end (with shared legal assistant support). Key Skills You will: · Ideally have 6- 8 years PQE · have the ability to meet tight deadlines and targets whilst under pressure. · have a positive and proactive approach. · have a keen eye for detail. · be expected to progress your own matters in a timely manner and with minimal supervision. · be able to deal with challenging clients confidently and appropriately. · be able to manage complex cases as well as straightforward ones. · provide support to, and share knowledge with, the members of the team. · be able to competently undertake research. · have a dedication to professional development. · actively contribute to team meetings and take an interest in team development.
