Role Overview
As a Customer Account Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for a broad range of customers, helping to manage accounts, process enquiries and orders, and ensure every customer interaction is smooth, helpful, and commercially focused.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing relationships with new and existing customers
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Discussing pricing, quotes, and tenders with confidence and clarity
- Accurately processing customer orders and tracking them through to delivery
