We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in the Banking domain with Mortgage experience being mandatory. The candidate should also be aware of the automation framework and concepts and should be hands-on as needed for the project. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and should be flexible to travel on a need basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the CI/CD pipeline.
- Lead the testing efforts for various projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
