Technical Services Manager – Central London – Leading Managing Agent – Up to £85k + Package Are you an experienced Engineering Manager/ Technical Services Manager/ Contract Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in Central London? How would you like the chance to head up the M&E maintenance services, project works, sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement across a 500,000 Sq Ft grade A commercial office space, at an iconic commercial building in Central London? A fantastic client of mine is currently looking to recruit an experienced Technical Services Manager into their business, who will take ownership for the delivery of a best in class M&E service provision for this Trophy Building. The opportunity to work in a \’client side\’ capacity, where you will lead and manage the M&E service partners, budgets and service provisions on site. ~ The chance to lead innovative solutions to the building including spearheading sustainability implementation. ~ 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) ~ Pension, private healthcare, annual bonus Overseeing all technical M&E services on site, through exemplary contractor management. Implementation of market leading sustainability & ESG initiatives Management of M&E maintenance service partner with relation to electrical and mechanical service on site. M&E Project Management. Monitoring performance of M&E service partners on site. Provide best in class customer service to tenants. Overseeing small and large M&E project works on site. Overseeing M&E plant replacement projects. HNC/ HND Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering City & Guilds Mechanical/ City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition This exciting opportunity is paying an extremely attractive salary of up to £85k + Package.
