Are you an experienced and hands-on electrical professional ready to take ownership of large-scale exhibition and event delivery across the UK? We’re seeking an Electrical Operations Manager to join our clients dynamic and fast-paced team delivering exhibition builds, installations, and live event support.
You’ll be one of a small number of operational leads within the electrical division, responsible for the delivery of electrical services for exhibition stands and events—from planning through to on-site delivery and post-event debrief.
- Project Ownership: Lead the electrical services for multiple live exhibitions, involved in planning, supplier coordination, on-site support, and post-event wrap-up. Provide expert guidance and technical support, act as a key contact for venues and exhibitors to resolve electrical requirements, and liaise with suppliers.
- Event Planning: Work closely with other internal teams to plan resources, floor plan layouts, and coordinate service partner involvement. Manage stock levels with suppliers and external service partner relationships to ensure timely and efficient event delivery.
Experience: 5+ years, ideally in Live Event/Exhibition delivery or a related field.
Qualifications: City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications, including 17th/18th Edition IET Electrical Installation.
Flexible to travel across the UK for meetings (Manchester, Midlands, Ripon) and work late nights or weekends as needed for events all over the country.
