Temp Receptionists needed in Central London for sickness / holiday cover

We are currently looking for Temp Receptionists in Central London for holiday, sickness as well as ongoing cover. Most of our clients are Finance and other Corporate firms based in the West End. This is paying between £14/£15 hour and previous experience is essential.

The role

\\n\\n

– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

\\n\\n

– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

\\n\\n

– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

\\n\\n

– Maintain office security by issuing passes

\\n\\n

– Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

\\n\\n

– Ensure the office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and stock

\\n\\n

– Admin duties
