\\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join an extremely fast-growing specialist alternative asset manager who are based in London!

\\nOur client is seeking a hardworking, proactive Personal Assistant who has a strong work ethic, thrives under pressure, has excellent organisational skills and is confident in Microsoft office suite.

\\nThe chosen candidate will support the company’s Chief Operations Officer / Chief Technology Officer and Chief Legal officer (Total 4 people)

\\nMain Responsibilities:

• Extensive diary management

\\n\\t

• Mailbox management

\\n\\t

• Travel bookings

\\n\\t

• Collating and filing expenses

\\n\\t

• Occasional minute taking

\\n\\t

• Event planning and execution

\\n\\t

• Answering and screening telephone calls

\\n\\t

• Co-ordinate projects and project-led tasks completing ad-hoc project and research work

\\n\\t

• Liaise with clients – Internal and external

\\n\\t

• Managing databases and filing systems

\\n\\t

• General office administrative work

\\n\\t

• Be an active member of the PA team

\\n
