Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - No call out
Salary: £40,000 basic, with the potential to earn an additional £2k per year in loyalty and attendance bonuses

We are pleased to be supporting our client, a well established and forward thinking firm within smart metering. Due to growing work volumes, they are looking to expand their engineering team with experienced and dedicated engineers. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years experience of installing Dual Fuel Smart Meters in domestic residential properties, ensuring top-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Smart Meters in domestic properties (Dual Fuel)
- Manage and maintain stock levels on the van or via 'dropbox' facilities
- Provide first-class customer service and support during installations
- Offer energy efficiency advice to customers
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of worksheets
- Collaborate with the Smart Metering Operations Manager to meet daily, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Organise and manage own workload to meet company deadlines
- Address and resolve customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the role
- Flexibility in job responsibilities to ensure the successful fulfilment of the position
Person Specification
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in Dual Fuel Metering
- Proven ability to exceed performance targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Employee Package
- Basic Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Potential Bonus: £2000 per annum (loyalty and attendance-related)
- Install bonus: £25 on 6th meter installed and £12.50 on each meter after
- Annual Leave: 22 days plus bank holidays
