We are recruiting for a Water Treatment Administrator in the North East region. You will be joining a leading name within the Water Treatment / Legionella industry, who has a national presence and a well-established client base. You will be an integral part of the team, providing administrative support to colleagues and ensuring company records are up to date and accurate. It is important that applicants are confident liaising with clients and are able to prioritise their workload. Salaries and benefits are competitive.

Our client would prefer candidates to be located in / around: Durham, Spennymoor, Bishop Auckland, Darlington, Seaham, Sunderland, Washington, Consett, Middlesborough, Hartlepool, Redcar, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Guisborough, Yarm, Richmond, Northallerton, West Auckland, Bowburn, Staithes, Skelton-in-Cleveland, Catterick.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Must have strong experience working within an administrative role
  • Will have worked for a Water Treatment / Legionella company
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Proficient in the use of IT software, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional and good client-facing manner

The Role:

  • You will be supporting the successful running of a Water Treatment / Legionella company
  • Answering client enquiries via telephone and email
  • Contacting tenants and clients to arrange appointments and access to sites
  • Booking accommodation for site staff
  • Processing invoices and expense forms
  • Providing administrative support to members of management and directors
