This is a paid internship designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to break into the world of business analysis. In this role, you’ll gain work experience by working alongside experienced analysts and consultants on meaningful client projects, contributing to business improvements, uncovering insights, and shaping solutions that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll support a variety of initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and strategic decision-making. Your role will include:

• Assisting in the gathering and documentation of business requirements
• Conducting stakeholder interviews and research to understand business needs
• Analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements
• Supporting the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and requirement documentation
• Assisting with market and competitor analysis to support business strategy
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support solution development
• Helping prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external use

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for an inquisitive, motivated individual with a passion for solving business problems and improving performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A background in Business, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or any related field (a degree is helpful but not strictly required)
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Some familiarity with business analysis concepts or tools (e.g., SWOT, user stories, BPMN, or use cases) — willingness to learn is more important
• Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a nice-to-have, not a must
• A curious and analytical mindset with good attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating ideas and open to learning how to present them more clearly
• A positive attitude, willingness to grow, and enthusiasm to learn from real-world projects and experienced team members
