The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our innovative team. As part of this hybrid role, you’ll spend two days a week in our Milton Keynes office, collaborating with colleagues, and the rest supporting clients remotely. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges, lead transformative projects, and play a key role in shaping the future of our clients’ IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line support for clients’ technical issues, ensuring seamless resolutions.
- Execute impactful Azure and Office 365 projects, enhancing clients' IT systems.
- Drive VMware to Hyper-V migrations, transitioning client environments smoothly.
