Our client is a forward-thinking education body which provides market leading training solutions on a broad portfolio of subject areas. They are looking for an experienced Learning Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of top-quality digital learning solutions through excellent team management, strategy, and creative thinking.
The role will involve managing a vibrant team of learning designers and developers that are responsible for creating excellent digital learning solutions across a number of sectors. Aside from this, the successful post-holder will utilise their knowledge of pedagogy and learning frameworks to structure the plans for learning content, and will stay informed of current market trends in the digital learning space. There will be a need to oversee projects, maintaining responsibility for timeline, budget, and quality adherence, as well as maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid experience as a Learning/Instructional Designer
- UX/UI design expertise
- Proven experience managing formally managing teams and projects
- Deep knowledge of rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360, and Learning Management Systems
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for creating market-leading digital learning solutions
