Location: Cheshunt
We are working with a mortgage broker / estate agents who are searching for a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. Ideally you would be local to Cheshunt. You will have access to their large database of business. The estate agents are selling around 18 properties on average per month, giving you as the advisor, a high volume of leads.
Please note you will have to do one weekend per month.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities:- Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Work alongside the estate agents to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
- Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
- Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP required.
- Experience of giving advice within an estate agents would be preferable.
- Whole of market background is required.
- Based near Cheshunt.
