About the role As an SEN teaching assistant, you’ll support students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You’ll deliver 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, social-emotional challenges, and moderate learning difficulties. Working under teacher guidance, you’ll help implement support plans, manage behaviour positively, and celebrate student progress. We’re looking for someone who • Has experience supporting children or young people with SEN (in schools, youth work, or care) • Is calm, resilient, and patient, with a genuine desire to help others succeed • Can build trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents • Feels confident working both independently and under teacher guidance What’s on offer • A daily rate of £90–£100 • A supportive SEN department and experienced leadership team • A school that prioritises staff well-being and professional development • Practical experience for aspiring psychologists, SENCOs, or teachers • A peaceful location in Three Rivers with excellent public transport and parking Why work via Teach Now?
