Are you a sales person with experience of developing business within the engineering or technical industries? If so, our client, a leading supplier within the rail industry, is seeking a Business Developer to define and implement a business development and sales plan to promote a new range of industry leading products and services.
About the role:
- Ownership and delivery of agreed sales budgets and forecasts
- Identify new business opportunities along with the maintenance and development of existing accounts
- Increase company’s sales and profitability
- Ensure continuous improvement in level of knowledge and expertise in industry developments and convey this to colleagues
About you:
- Ideally degree qualified with proven track record of sales and business development within a technical arena
- Demonstrable experience delivering exceptional customer service, sales growth and customer retention
- Solid experience of selling technical solutions and services
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative and honest approach to securing sales
The role is based in Rainham, Essex with occasional travel. A Full Driving Licence is required. No Certificate of Sponsorship is available for this role.
