Creative House manages the business and global affairs of creative talent at the peak of their careers. Our clients include writers, directors, designers and producers behind hundreds of acclaimed productions worldwide. We provide strategic representation, career development, and global dealmaking that empowers our clients to sustain long-term success.
We are seeking an exceptional Talent Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for representing and supporting top-tier writers, directors, designers, and other creative professionals working across theatre and film. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and skilled negotiator, with a deep understanding of the entertainment industry and a passion for championing creative excellence.
- Represent a roster of creative clients, managing day-to-day support and long-term strategy
- Negotiate and manage rights, licensing, commission, and financing deals across theatre and film
- Build and maintain industry relationships with producers, creatives, lawyers, and financiers
- Collaborate with clients on project development, creative planning, and opportunity management
- Oversee contract execution, financial compliance, and professional communications
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for client growth
