Overview:
Seeking an experienced Office & Facilities Administrator to manage day-to-day operations, support corporate services, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors. This is an onsite role requiring fluency in English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations: supplies, mail, courier, inventory, and telecom orders
- Support health & safety compliance and property management
- Coordinate internal/external meetings and events
- Provide administrative and travel support to employees
- Liaise with finance for vendor payments and invoice processing
- Monitor facility issues and provide timely resolutions
Requirements:
- 2–6 years’ experience in Facilities & Administration
- Strong communication and MS Office skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- English and French fluency required
