Corporate Services – Real Estate Administration

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Office & Facilities Administrator to manage day-to-day operations, support corporate services, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors. This is an onsite role requiring fluency in English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations: supplies, mail, courier, inventory, and telecom orders
  • Support health & safety compliance and property management
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings and events
  • Provide administrative and travel support to employees
  • Liaise with finance for vendor payments and invoice processing
  • Monitor facility issues and provide timely resolutions

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years’ experience in Facilities & Administration
  • Strong communication and MS Office skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • English and French fluency required
