Job Description Training & Continuous Improvement Officer Salary: £32,000 Location: Andover Take on a pivotal role as our new Factory Training & Continuous Improvement Officer! You’ll be instrumental in developing and maintaining training metrics, ensuring all staff are well-trained in core processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement within our manufacturing environment. This role offers the chance to develop operating procedures, support key projects, and foster best practices, setting you up for impactful growth and development.
