The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing campaigns across the entire 121 portfolio, consisting of the 121 Events, The Assay and Investor Relations. With a proven track record running campaigns across multiple channels to budget you will be responsible for the development of your team to achieve your goals. 121 Mining Investment events connect portfolio managers and analysts from institutional funds, private equity groups and family offices with mining company management teams, both online and in-person. The Assay is a print and online platform packed with insights from leading fund managers and analysts plus mining company news, profiles and project updates. 121 Group has built an unparalleled global investor network through our 121 events. Our Investor Relations programme provides news distribution, roadshows, marketing and analytics services to connect mining companies with this sophisticated investor network all year around. Successfully execute the marketing campaign strategy across all marketing channels to drive revenue and visitor targets across our 121 events Contribute to the setting of and then report on marketing activity to hit targets Be responsible for 121 marketing budgets and forecasted budgets for future events Build and create clear communication channels across all stakeholder groups including sales and content teams, working with a global team. Line management responsibility of a team of 3 people based across Hong Kong and London – Marketing Manager, Marketing & Digital Content Exec and Client Marketing Manager Work with the Portfolio Head of Marketing to develop the brand’s value proposition across the 121 portfolio to ensure it’s always as relevant as possible. Drive marketing opportunities associated with The Assay, as a content lead gen tool. Oversee the management and production of all marketing communications across marketing emails, social, PPC and website. Collaborate with the Hyve Digital Marketing & Digital Experience teams on a digital & data growth strategy Report directly to the Portfolio Head of Marketing on all marketing activity, strategy and KPI performance. Support the Portfolio Head of Marketing, Marketing Director and Event Directors and contribute to the long-term portfolio strategy. Proven marketing experience (Ideally in events, but not essential). Proven experience in testing, adapting and improving customer journeys across all marketing channels, alongside the setting of key metrics Evidence of relationship building across industry partners The ability to be agile, changing strategies and tactics when needs to be changing markets and producing new reactive ad hoc campaigns. Proven experience overseeing the management and performance of multiple marketing channels. Experience in reporting and high-level analysis. To be the brand guardian for 121. Someone who lives and breathes the brand and is passionate about seeing it grow.
