Our client is a well-established and reputable Residential Developer, operating throughout the Northern Home Counties and now looking to expand their Technical team with an ambitious Technical Manager or an established Senior Manager. Coming from an Engineering background or perhaps a more rounded individual with a strong knowledge of Civils, you will be a pivotal part of the Technical team, deputising for the Technical Director when required and involved with day-to-day management.
Minimum Requirements:
