Due to an increase of work, they require an experienced Catastrophic Injury Solicitor (or equivalent) to join their highly reputable award-winning team. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex, multi-track life-changing personal injury matters resulting from road traffic accidents, acting on behalf of insurers. This includes but is not limited to brain injuries, amputations, and spinal injuries.
- Oversee all stages of the claims process from pre to post litigation, to settlement or trial.
- Investigate, gather, and assess evidence relevant to each case, liaising with medical professionals and experts where necessary.
- Prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in hearings or court where required.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in complex, multi-track personal injury claims.
- Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of post-qualified experience in defendant complex personal injury.
- Experience handling a varied caseload, from Fast Track to Multi Track cases.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
