The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-regarded independent firm of residential surveyors and valuers operating across Oxfordshire and the wider area who are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Surveyors to join their team. As Head of Surveyors, the successful candidate will not only be responsible for conducting Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys but also working closely alongside the Director and Office Manager to support a talented team of Surveyors during this exciting period of growth. The successful candidate will be looking to build a successful long term career really focused on sector leading quality, rather than just a job. In order to ensure this level of success at such an exciting time for the business, there will be a large focus on your professional development and individual growth. Whilst Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client use standard operating systems and monitor KPIs, there is a real focus on quality over quantity, which is reflected in the workload expectations.

- RICS Qualified with significant experience of conducting Level 2 and Level 3 surveys
