At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Responsible for the design function for a key account, you’ll be assessing, scoping, and defining design delivery across the programme. You’ll develop and embed ways of working in the design team; leading continuous improvements in time cost and quality within the programme team. Ensuring that best practice is adopted across all elements of the design function. You’ll manage design suppliers, driving improvements in quality and cost. Accountable for all health, safety, environmental and quality factors of design deliverables. Responsible for line management of design staff within the programme team; leading and developing design resource; running staff appraisals; managing talent development. You’ll be responsible for the management of all cost and revenue of the design function for this key account. Managing the customer relationship for design deliverables. Deliver client updates, manage client feedback and maintain positive client relationship.
