Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Manager!
We are seeking a motivated Night Shift Manager to join our worktop manufacturing company in Nottingham. This Temp to Perm role offers long-term prospects for the right candidate.
Salary:
£30,000 to £35,000 per year
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 21:00 – 07:00 (40 hours per week)
Training will be conducted during day shift hours for up to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a team of approximately 15 employees, including 2 supervisors
• Managing one production line and cutting shop
• Ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining production standards

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Mechanical knowledge
• FLT experience
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to think on their feet
